Implement the new designs of the cookies box including the settings in a popover. The new designs include 2 versions. A default version and an alternative version (with the "reject all" cookies button.)

• Default version prototype
• Alternative version prototype with the "reject all" button.
• When users click on the "Settings" button, the performance and the marketing cookies are unchecked by default.
• If users click on the "Save preferences" button by leaving the cookies unchecked, the cookies bar disappears.
• Keep the cookies block in the privacy & cookies page if users want to change their preferences at some point
• Add a checkbox in the backend (P4 cookies settings) to enable the "reject all" button to the cookies box and the settings popover.
• Update Cookies block to remove the checkbox for first-party cookies and add the "Always enabled" label
• Review the behaviour of the cookies box: it should be shown until the user accepts the marketing and analytics cookies, unless he clicks on "Save preferences" in the box settings
