In order to add the Cookies settings to the Cookies box, we need to add them to the P4 settings in the backend (Planet 4 > Cookies).

These will be used in the box but also as default values for the Cookies block. However editors will still be able to change the values in the block, if they want to add more details there for example.

We will also need a script to populate these new settings with their current value in the existing sites' Cookies blocks.
