Convert the Covers Block to WYSIWYG.
Tasks:
- Move the covers style to the sidebar with the block styles option.
- Move "Rows to display" dropdown menu to the sidebar.
- Convert Title and Description, and Button texts into RichText components editable in place.
- "Move "select tags", "select posts types", "select posts" to the sidebar.
- Convert to JSX rendering
- Open a new ticket for the JS tests
