Summary

Add an additional filter for the News & stories page at the top, that would show only matching posts per Post Type.

Requirements

• The filter should only be visible in the assigned (Settings > Reading) listing page.
• The filter should have the default text: All posts.
• Filter should be applied as url query parameter (see UK example), same as PLANET-7614.
• Since we will now have two filters, we should add an "Apply" (see mockup) button that would reload the page with both filters user choices.
