Summary

The Table of Contents block can be used as a secondary navigation block (PLANET-6530), if we can offer different style options. But as a first step we should investigate how we can make its editor content more WYSIWYG, like the native (but still not released) Table of Content block.

Requirements

• After initial rendering in the editor, users should be able to edit its content, delete entries, etc.
• Native ToC has a "Convert to static list" option that helps with this functionality.
