Summary

As a follow up from PLANET-7539, now that we know that WP offers a way of achieving what we want, we can start the implementation by looking at the remaining requirements.

Requirements

• Add a "Convert to static" option on the block to convert it to a List block after the initial rendering.
• UI (colors, links, hover state) should be preserved.
• The implementation should work on all 3 available styles.
• Explore css flex/grid/columns option in order to preserve the columns layout on relevant styles.
