Summary

Implementiong of the secondary navigation menu block, which is going to be used for navigatiing on specific sections of the same page.

Requirements

• Implement the new secondary navigation menu based on this design.
• The block is optional and should be added manually to a page.
• The links behave as anchors: when users click on them, the page will scroll down to the targeted section.
• When users scroll down the page, the secondary navigation menu is sticky at the top of the page. See the animations here.
• Editors should be able to amend the content (links) if they are not satisfied with the result. (will open a follow up ticket for this)
• Check if anchor links work or weather we need to add id tag on blocks and patterns (and potentially even h2 headings).
• Add the block in the Beta blocks section.
