Implement the new Post page centered layout

      Implement the new Post page centered layout including the new Take action boxout design.

      Tasks

      • Post container is now centered
      • Change text styles of the author, the date, and the comments (with the new comments icon).
      • Move the social media buttons below the author, date, and comments.
      • Revamp the Author block, according to mockups.

      Note: since these changes need to be released together with 2 other tickets, we are putting everything on the new-post-design branch until they are all ready!
