Implement the new Take action boxout design on Post pages including the frontend and the backend experience.

The new TA boxout has 2 different layout options:

• Users can place the Take action boxout wherever they want in the Post, between paragraphs of the post, at the bottom of the post.
• Will be done in a separate ticket : Users also have the option to make the Take action boxout sticky at the bottom of the screen for Mobile screens (M & S) by clicking a checkbox in the side bar options.

The text rules for the frontend design should be limited to a certain amount of text lines depending on the versions and the screens. Please follow what is displayed on the Figma file.

In the backend, here are some rules to consider:

• The "Want to do more" text should be editable but should have a limit of one line of text.
• When users select an existing TA page after they already have customized the content, we should display a confirmation message saying: "Would you like to override the content you've already entered with this Take action page content?" + show 2 buttons "Cancel" and "Confirm".

Note: since these changes need to be released together with 2 other tickets, we are putting everything on the new-post-design branch until they are all ready!
