Convert the Carousel Header block to WYSIWYG.
The easiest thing would be to convert as is, using the same script it has now, moving all the fields to the sidebar. Using a "block style" for the two styles.
Maybe we can refactor it a little after moving it to the sidebar, as a separate ticket, the code is based in the old code from the "slide to left" carousel. Maybe we don't even need that variant anymore (check with block usage statistics).
