EN Form: Checkbox disappear whenever CtA button is clicked (even if form is not filled)

      Whenever a user clicks on the Call To Action, the Checkboxes disappear, even if the form is not completed.

      Checkboxes (along with all other fields) should only disappear when the form is completed and Thank you message / Thank you page are triggered.

      Steps to redproduce:
      1. Go to https://k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/en-test/a-magnificent-journey/
      2. Without filling anything click on "Get onboard now"
      3. See checkboxes disappear
