EN Form: Make "mandatory" fields not available if Opt-ins have "checkbox" type

      If Opt-in questions are assigned the "Checkbox" type the "required" command should be grayed out/ not be available.

      This because as a User, I have the right to give consent or not, and must be able to submit a form regardless whether I thick the checkbox or not.
