      Planet4 NROs/users who use engaging networks need to be able to create customized forms.
      They want to be able to construct forms, add/remove en fields and en questions in the forms.
      They want to be able to edit fields attributes (eg. set default value for field, set a field as hidden)

      The idea behind this is to create a custom post type to provide the functionality of customizable forms.
      Then using en fields/questions data from their api we should provide them the ability to set the attributes of the fields per form.
