EN Form block: Add options for two new styles in backend

      Currently the form block has two styles available.

      We need to add two new styles for allignment to left and allingment to right, as per PLANET-3342

      A mockup of the backend design (please ignore that it doesn't show both existing styles) can be seen in that ticket.

      Notes: This should happen after PLANET-3411 has been delivered, and should only happen on the new block that is the result of PLANET-3411
