1. the Petition needs to have the design refreshed to be completely inline with the minor iterations we have done to the prototype over the past few sprints (header/footer/buttons, etc).
2. it should also be updated to reflect GDPR requirements
3. and some of the page elements (like the form) need adjusting to better accommodate real-life usage of the page.

Example #1, Coca Cola ETT

1. For an ETT - we need to bring the letter to target up closer to the form.
2. The image seems very washed out and too bright in the middle.
3. The form should be up a bit higher so it is fully above the fold.
4. The P4 template does needs a sub header above the form.

Example #2, Antarctic Ocean Petition

1. The button is below the fold - form needs to move up.
2. Needs a logical place to put the text above the form from the GPI template. (i.e., "To: The members of the Antarctic Ocean Commission" ...)
3. The image is washed out.

Nice to have:

• On mobile it would be nice if the submit button is always at the top or bottom of screen and the form appears when you hit the button.
• On mobile background goes very quickly to being almost completely white, would be nice to retain the value of the background image a bit more on mobile.
• On desktop would be nice if the form floated (or sticks) in place so that if there is a lot of text and you scroll down, the form stays where it is on the right of the screen.
