Please note - here we are creating this form on EN platform so we need a separate markup related css.

Developing the signup for the petition page, Since we have the navbar and footer are already using bootstrap classes in a big way so we should use bootstrap to design the form as well.

What we need to do: We'll have to add minified bootstrap as well along with the css that is generated for the form, navbar, footer.

Any side effects: Adding bootstrap minified css is not wrong and some 3Kbs would be transferred which IMO does not affect the performance in any way!
