Summary

The "News & Stories" page (practically a Posts listing page) is an integral part of the new Information Architecture. But editors need to take a couple of manual steps to create it:

1. Create a new blank page (picking up a title and description).
2. Go to Settings > Reading and pick up that page in the Posts page dropdown.

Since we want to offer some custom functionality around that page (eg. back link, filters, etc), we can automate its creation.

Requirements

• Write a migration that does these steps:
  • Check if there is already assigned Posts page. If so then do nothing more.
  • Create a new blank page with some initial default metadata:
    • Title: News & Stories
    • Excerpt: Read the latest updates.
  • Assign that page as the Posts page in Settings > Readings.
• Assess how this works on multilingual websites. We may need to create one such page per language.
