Summary

We should add a button to all listing page giving the user the option to switch between list and grid views.

Requirements

• List view should still be the default.
• Remove grid view feature flag and clean conditional code from listing pages.
• Add buttons following the design mockups that switch between the two views.
• This should be applied to all listing pages (tags, categories, post types, author, etc)
