Apply the new colors defined to the Highlighted CTA block pattern.

Requirements

• Remove the current background colors and replace them with the following options:
  • Dark green 800 #1F4912, Blue 800 #167F82, Beige 100 #F6F4EF, Action  Yellow #FFE100, GP Green 800 #198700.
• For the beige and the yellow background colors only, replace the white text with the dark grey 900 text (#1C1C1C)
• It should be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
