Apply the new colors defined to the Columns Tasks block.

Requirements

• Replace the dark blue background color for the Columns Tasks block with the GP green 100 #D9F1C5.
• Replace the white text (numbers) with the dark grey 900 #1C1C1C.
• Also apply the color changes required for the tablet/mobile version of the block (background #1f4912).
• It should be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
