Apply the new colors defined to the Accordion block.

Requirements

• Replace the dark blue background color for the dark style, default state, with the dark green 800 #1F4912.
• Apply the dark green 900 #1A3C10 for the hover state.
• Replace the light grey background color with the Beige 100 color #F6F4EF.
• Keep the light style as is and rename it "outline style".
• Add a new "light style" with the beige color 100 #F6F4EF as another background color option.
• Apply the beige 200 #ECEAE4 for the hover state of the new "light style".
• It should be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
