Apply the new colors defined to the Author block.

Requirements

• Replace the blue color of the author link with the dark grey 900 #1C1C1C and apply a dark grey underline for the hover state.
• Apply the GP green 800 for the "read more" link along with the arrow used with this link.
• Replace the light grey background color with the Beige 100 color #F6F4EF
• It should be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
