Apply the new colors defined for the new visual identity to the Comments block.

Requirements

• Replace the light grey background color with the new Beige 100 color #F6F4EF
• Replace the orange color of the CTA button with the P4 Action Yellow 400 #FFE100.
• Apply the new style of the standalone link to the reply button.
• It should be part of the new-idenity css code, to be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
