Apply the new colors defined to the cookies box.

Requirements

• Replace the blue color of the body copy links with the dark grey 900 #1C1C1C
• green and apply an underline for passive states.
• Apply the GP green 100 as the background color behind the link for the hover state #D9F1C5 of the links
• Replace the orange color of the primary CTA button with the Action yellow
• Replace the dark blue of the secondary button with the dark green 800 #1F4912
• It should be part of the new-idenity css code, to be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
