Apply the new style defined for the new visual identity to all body copy links.

Requirements

• Replace the blue color of the body copy links with the dark grey 900 #1C1C1C and apply a green underline for passive states.
• Apply the GP green 100 as the background color behind the link for the hover state #D9F1C5
• Apply this new style to all body copy links.
• Apply the dark grey 900 #1C1C1C to the icons (PDF + external link) used with the body copy links
• It should be part of the new-idenity css code, to be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
