      Apply the new action yellow #FFE100 to primary CTA buttons.

      Requirements

      • Replace the orange color with the action yellow
      • Apply this yellow color for the hover state #FECE00
      • Apply these new colors to all primary CTA buttons on all P4 sites
      • Apply the new dark grey #1C1C1C to the text button color
      • It should be part of the new-idenity css code, to be masked by the feature flag implemented in PLANET-7020
