• Create an animated hover state for rounded images, more specifically for the images in the quick links and the deep dive topics block patterns.
• Add this animation to the hover state (possible with custom CSS) where both image + text are animated on hover.
• If this is not possible to add this specific animation, investigate on alternative options.
• The animated hover state ideally should also work on "Stretched Link" instances, so it's visible in our patterns.
