Investigate setting Gravity Forms secrets and config through wp-cli

      As NROs will start enabling the Gravity Forms block we need a way to automate populating the license key.

      Tasks

      • Investigate if we could use wp-cli for that.
      • Alterntatively there is also a cli addon.
      • Investigate if we could also set default settings.
