The P4 Form Builder is a flexible and extensible tool for creating forms, displaying them to users anywhere on a P4 site, and passing the collected data to third-party systems. It is used by Greenpeace staff to collect data from/about users, add users to their mailing lists, provide actions for users to take (e.g. petitions or pledges), create contact forms for users to get in touch with staff/departments, and more, in an easy, centralized way.
