Regardless whether there is/isn't present a "redirect" page for the tags default listing pages a new page gets autogenerated upon tag edit and we end up with a lot of unexpected issues like this one for example - having the same tag page 5 times.

It is an issue for SEO and our admins because they get confused what is happening and don't expect that behavior which leaves us with a lot of "unaccounted" for pages that are missing meta descriptions, etc and that harms the SEO, also I have to regularly check and kill such pages. It is a problem also because the tag page and the autogenerated tag page has different urls with the same content and that is even more confusing for people and robots.
