User Story: As a form creator I want to give each form a form type so that I can see how different form types are performing.

Tasks

• Add a mandatory Form setting, providing a dropdown for Form Types.
• Investigate if GF provides a relevant filter to add this in the initial Form creation modal.

Requirements

• Check this Miro Board for the form types.
• Name of the setting: "Form Type". We could add this to a new section named "Planet 4 Options".
• Default value: "Other".
