As a form creator I want GDPR-compliant spam protection so that we minimize/deter the amount of spam we get through our forms.

My understanding is that reCAPTCHA is not GDPR-compliant (esp v3 which is invisible to the user). We should discourage the use of reCAPTCHA as much as possible.

Questions:

1. can we enable the honeypot setting (described here: https://docs.gravityforms.com/form-settings/) by default on all new forms?

2. what other spam protection options do we have?
