Remove option for enhanced Donate button

      The enhanced donate button style is not part of the new design, so we can remove it from our settings.

      Tasks:

      • Remove option in Planet 4 > Donate button settings
      • Remove JS code in assets/src/js/enhancedDonateButton.js
      • Remove temporary fix declaration .btn-donate-top in navbar css

      We can also check which NROs from the ones not in the new navbar design are using this.
