Implement global 404 page

      The global 404 page will replace the default OpenResty one. The page will live in the landing page repository as an html file.

      The page will be fetched and rendered by a Cloudflare worker.

      Tasks

      • Implement the designs in 404.html
      • Explore if gulp can replace full domain urls for static files for easier local development.
      • Provide localized version of text based on user browser, for the translations we have.
