The body of the columns was designed to be hidden by default and shown when the step header is clicked. This is currently not working, but before fixing maybe we should review whether we really want to hide the content and CTA by default.

Decision: we still do want to hide the content on small screen sizes. Should be standardized with the accordion block design (on mobile) with chevrons, indicating that the sections can be opened and closed. see attached design.
