Description of the issue: When viewing a campaign page using the Plastics
theme, the tasks block is not behaving as expected.
The tasks should collapse/expand, as they do elsewhere.
Also the colour of the first task appears to be in a permanent 'hover'
state.

Update: The expected behavior is that the columns should collapse on mobile. Column header should have a chevron on the right side (on mobile) to indicate that it is expandable, and to standardize this with the accordion block. mockup attached.
