Background
There seems to be an inconsistency with the image selector widget we use across blocks. See attachments to see some of the different widgets used across blocks. Also when selecting to upload image, some open the modal window of the media library, some open the file manager from the user's laptop to upload image.

Current issues:

• Inconsistency with uploading options, i.e. some selectors offer option to add image through URL, others only through upload or media library
• Inconsistency with managing images, i.e. how to replace and delete already selected images
• Inconsistency in UI, some selectors are just a button, others are a space that allow drag and drop, etc.

• Recommend a single behaviour that can be replicated across blocks for consistency
