Background
We have started to add more confirmation messages when creating content. Recently we introduced a validation to make the Analytics Tracking fields mandatory in campaign pages (PLANET-4878). However this validation is currently implemented as a backend checklist that doesn't allow the user to update the campaign if the field is not filled in. When a user tries to update page when field Global Tracking is empty, the error message does not link to the field and is hard for the user to locate where the field is.

Requirements
Now we want to add validation messages to other fields like the alter text field in images. But we need to make sure the messages format is clear and consistent throughout different sections of the platform.

Tasks

• Review current confirmation sidebar message shown before publishing (including the publishing checklist)
• Recommend a better confirmation message for mandatory fields
