Description of the issue: As a Contributor I am able to Create both new
Posts and Campaign pages and submit them for Publishing Review.
As an Editor I am able to publish the Contributor's Posts and Campaign
pages.

As a Contributor when I want to make edits to - or delete/trash - my own
(live) Post I am not presented with those option. This is not the expected
behaviour.

As a Contributor I am able to edit and/or delete my Campaign pages. This is
the expected behaviour for both page types.
