      As a user that doesn't have publish rights on a certain post type (e.g. Contributor):
      I want to edit a live Post/Page and save the edits as a draft
      so I can submit the new version for reviewwithout taking the current version offline.

      As a user that has publish rights on a certain post type (e.g. Editor):

      I want to edit a live Post/Page and save the edits as a draft
      so I can update the live post with the new edits when the new version is ready
      without taking the current version offline.
