Include usage stats for "Posts report"

      As a follow-up of https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-4795 - we should explore some sort of tracking of the actual "post report" menu. Understanding how the community uses this menu would help us understand how people use the product and therefore make it better for them.
