Currently, when a user creates a Carousel Header block and leaves a slide without an image (as in screenshot "no image.png" ) the preview of the block generates an error in the editor and page preview.

Expected behaviour
Block should not be allowed to have slides with no images.

Tasks

• Investigate if possible to have a second layer of validation at the page level
• Create follow up ticket for solution.
