Mobile screens - Homepage Carousel Header scrolling issue

      As a user, when I want to scroll down the homepage on a mobile screen, I have difficulties to do so. I have to do it several times before reaching the content below the Carousel Header. The issue might come from the Carousel Header component itself. This issue has been spotted on an  Iphone mobile screen, on different web mobile browsers.
