• pull out cells containing data only
  (So, no need to worry about embedded content permission, since this will be dealt at source file level.)

Alan, an independent dev collaborating with the Ocean Campaign, has proposed a solution shortcake-based, this ticket is about supporting him in developing the feature in Gutenberg, so that it can potentially be provided across P4 sites.

• Investigate Gutenberg-compatible solution to embed responsive spreadsheets
• Provide general and design guidelines
• Provide recommendation on feasibility (do we adopt a new block? do we develop the Table block further?)
