Description of the issue: Create a new post, set a feature image, make sure
you have "Duplicate featured image to translations" checked, save draft,
then create a translation. Notice that the translation does NOT have the
feature image (see first attached screenshot).

There are further bugs too when adding the feature image to the
translation: the image often doesn't work and just appears as a gray square
(see second screenshot). As a workaround, you can then delete the feature
image, delete the broken image from the media library, re-upload it
(multiple times because of bugs) and eventually get things to work.
