As a user, I want to be able to customise the Open Graph fields and have them overriding the default functionality when sharing my page (after I completed a Form and in normal sharing button)

In PLANET-3872 we customised the "Social Sharing buttons" to behave like the regular commands of Pages and posts, once a form is completed.

These sharing buttons* should pick up any custom Title / Description / Image editors may insert in the "Open Graph / Social Fields" commands*. See example here >> https://release.k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/international/act/a-magnificent-journey/

TASKS:

• Allow Open Graph/Social fields" information to override default behaviour of the Sharing Buttons
• Make sure this is applied to all sharing buttons (EN form, and posts or other content)
