CPP - Remove compulsory state for column block title.

      As a user, I would like to not have a Column header within the 'Images' style of the Columns block. Currently, the title is compulsory. The compulsory state needs to be changed.

      Tasks

      • Make column header filed not compulsory
      • This will affect the other 3 styles but we will create follow up task PLANET-3840 to fix that
