EN Form: Design text below CtA for "Page body-text size width" style

      The "Text Below CtA" works very well for the "Form on the Side" style, but for the 2 other styles it does not render well (see snapshot).

      We need to define how it looks in the *Page body-text size width" style

      Also add style variation for MENA
