Some offices (esp. GPDR / EU Sites) are using the radio button to collect user consent for opt-in. maustin was suggesting the introduction of a Radio style option.

• As a web editor, i want to be able to select the radio option for EN Form fields in P4
• As a User, I want to be presented a radio button to express or deny my consent

We already have design, see https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-2507 , maybe we can use these?

• Investigate what we can pull from EN and based on that come up with an approach for how to include radio buttons in form
• Create follow up task for implementation
