When a web editor wants to add an image from the GPI media gallery, using the Media Library tab, the Upload from GPI Media Library button is not clickable. The behavior should be the same as when the Upload files tab is selected - when the editor clicks on Upload from GPI Media Library button, it connects to the GPI media library where it can search for a specific photo.
